The Library’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Thursday 20 April at the Ultimo Community Centre. The AGM will commence at 1pm, preceded by a light lunch at noon.
Notice is hereby given that at the AGM a motion will be put forward to replace the whole of the Library’s old Constitution with a new version in accordance with current NSW legislation. Key changes will be specified in explanatory notes for members at the AGM with a copy of the proposed Constitution.

Jill Roe AO, Professor Emerita of Modern History at Macquarie University and one of the Library’s esteemed patrons and generous supporters, died on Thursday 12 January. Tributes are on the Library's Facebook page.
Lunch Hour Talks 2017
There will be five lunch hour talks this year. Dates are Thursday 16 March, Thursday 22 June, Thursday 17 August, Thursday 12 October, Thursday 23 November. The venue has also changed due to refurbishments at Sydney Town Hall. The new venue is the City of Sydney Library, Customs House, Circular Quay, Sydney.
